We honour her memory by strictly adhering to her golden rule: no shortcuts, no additives, and absolutely no artificial preservatives. We cook exactly the way she did—with patience, fresh ingredients, and a mother's touch.
A Humble Corner Shop at 23 Forrest Street
For over 35 years, this humble corner shop at 23 Forrest Street in Fremantle has been the vessel for our story. We believe that true quality doesn't need to shout. Today, our indoor dining room has transitioned to casual outdoor tables under the string lights on the corner of Forrest Street and Wood Street — order by QR code or at the counter, and our staff usually bring your food (BYO welcome, $3 corkage per person — walk in, or book an outdoor table) alongside fast takeaway pickup and local direct delivery—so our family kitchen can focus 100% on what's in the pot and pass direct takeaway pricing on to every guest.

We believe that great food starts long before it hits the pan. We don't just grind our own quality spices for that authentic aroma; we are meticulous about every ingredient. From sourcing meat from trusted local WA butchers and serving 100% Halal chicken, to selecting only sustainable seafood, we ensure every dish is clean, wholesome and bursting with flavour.
